The Space

This is a 4 bed/4 bath home in East Nashville. The master includes a king size bed with private balcony overlooking Nashville's skyline and huge master bath with oversized walk in shower, soaking tub w/ skyline views, heated floors and heated towels. Bedroom 2 features a queen over queen bunk with private bath. Bedroom 3 features a queen bed with a full bath. Bedroom 4 also features a queen bed with full bath. There is also a queen pull out in the downstairs living area and futon in the bonus room on the top level. All beds have memory foam mattresses. The home also features a hot tub, gas BBQ grill, elevator access to all 4 levels, whole home surround sound (play audio from your phone or Pandora, 4 outdoor patio areas including the rooftop terrace with covered and uncovered access & a fire pit overlooking Nashville's beautiful skyline. No pets allowed. All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day. Sorry, we do not host locals.
